Check the Boiler defrost cycle by running the system in defrost mode if equipped
Verify the Boiler condensate drain is not frozen or blocked causing ice buildup
Ensure the Boiler area is properly insulated to prevent condensation freezing
Call for Boiler service if ice buildup recurs or defrost cycle is not operating
