Locate the Boiler pilot light assembly and access panel for inspection
Check if the Boiler pilot flame is strong blue and engulfing the thermocouple
Clean the Boiler pilot orifice with compressed air if flame is weak
Verify the Boiler thermocouple is producing adequate millivolt output
Test Boiler pilot safety system by holding down the reset button
