By accessing or using BoilerEmergency.ca services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide 24/7 emergency boiler repair services. Our technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency calls. Response times vary based on location and availability.
Service fees are quoted before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit, and e-transfers. A dispatch fee may apply for emergency calls.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment vary and are passed through to the customer. Any warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of non-emergency service appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service fee.
BoilerEmergency.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
We primarily serve Metro Vancouver including Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, New Westminster, and surrounding areas. Additional travel charges may apply for extended service areas.
Customers must provide safe access to equipment. Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if they deem the environment unsafe. Please ensure pets are secured and pathways are clear.
Any disputes arising from our services shall first be addressed through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through mediation in British Columbia before pursuing legal action.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
